Viktor S. Lieberman (January 10, 1931, Leningrad - July 17, 1999) - Russian-Dutch violinist.
He studied in Leningrad, including a Benjamin Sher. In 1958 the first International Competition Tchaikovsky was awarded the fifth prize. For many years, was concertmaster of the first violins in the symphony orchestra of the Leningrad Philharmonic, Yevgeny Mravinsky headed. According to the memoirs of a violinist J. In 1979 he emigrated to the Netherlands. Was concertmaster of the Amsterdam Concertgebouw Orchestra, Amsterdam associate professor and professor at the Utrecht Conservatory. At the final stage of his career in 1997-1999. head of the North Netherlands Orchestra.
