    Thank you for these interesting performances by Temirkanov. I think that during his earlier years as a conductor, Temirkanov seemed to perform a broader range of works than what he has been performing in more recent years.

    Interesting post.Khrennikov was indeed a very mediocre composer.Even Kabalevski and Sviridov sound more interesting.e have to thank him that Shostakovich and Prokofiev had such a difficult life.
