    You have an enormous fiddler in Britten's Violin Concerto. His sound is truly beautiful. Thank you so much for this rare version.

    Maybe you would like to visit The Music Parlour to hear Antonio Brosa's version. Britten consulted him during its creation and dedicated the work to him. It is very different to the premier recording by Barbirolli/Olof but very much nearer to Gutnikov's. Here is the link:
