Lion Izrailevich Pechersky (was born on April, 1st 1923, Derbent) — the Russian bassoonist.
Alexander Vasileva's pupil, and then Dmitry Eryomina has ended the Leningrad conservatory (1949). In 1953 has divided with Ashotom Abadzhjanom the first award at the first competition of bassoonists (a name the Reich) within the limits of festival «Prague spring». In 1945-1995 played the Symphonic orchestra of the Leningrad philharmonic society, since 1950 taught at music school at the Leningrad conservatory.
The honored artist of RSFSR (1973).
